I have reviewed my experience at the Schoen Clinic which was excellent, but subsequently the Schoen Clinic has been sold on 31 May to a different group and renamed so my comments should be taken only in respect of my experience at the Schoen Clinic.
The clinic, all staff, provided excellent service and assistance from start to finish; everyone from A to Z was helpful, respectful and even cheerful..
Disgusting service my appoint with David Cummings at 6 pm on 10 May was scheduled and I was there at 0540 pm way early for the appointment and at 0555 pm I am being told by them that the doctor will late by 30 mins or so and that moment I said hell with the appointment cancel it and I asked why was I not being informed before what the excuses are??? Then as usual blah blah blah excuses hell with this kind of doctors and hospitals I rather ask my insurance to look a doctor elsewhere not with such cheap hospital such a shame on this kind of attitude!!!! third time now this same appointment has been shuffled due to this physcian not loyal as usual, I had to travel all the way at rush hour and surprise from this hospital, if a patient is late then you will not even take them inside and ask to pay the fee but if ur silly doctor is late then you will say the silly excuse. Now that someone will reply to review same response as below cut copy paste same like Eat Sleep Repeat

Nothing was ever too much trouble for any member of staff. A truly amazing experience.
I was under care by one of their doctors who had to call me twice to clarify the actual diagnosis after he finally properly reviewed my MRI scans with a radiologist. In between I lost days in pain. After reaching out to the secretary and asking for a change of medication since my pain was not getting better, she advised that I've been released from the Doctors care and I should rather see a rheumatologist. More days I lost, still suffering with tremendous pain due to the mishandling of my case by the clinic. Not only that, the receptionist I called several times was over the top road, not helpful at all. He told me straight up to my face dad he cannot handle any hypothetical and cannot help me. I would definitely not recommend this clinic, it is more of a moneymaking machine rather than an actual care of the patient.
